Ingredients of Gulabjamun:

  • 1bowl Mawa
  • 3 tbsp flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 2 cups Sugar
  • 3 cup water
  • 1/2 tsp elaichi powder
  • Oil to fry

Method for "Gulabjamun":

  1. Mix sugar into water in low flame until sugar melt. Then boil for8 minutes. Make syrup. Keep aside.
  2. Mix khowa and flour. Make soft dough. Add baking soda. Mix well.
  3. Make small ball and fry till golden.
  4. Put balls into warm syrup for30 minutes. Serve.
