Ginger Sauce

Ingredients of Ginger Sauce:

  • 200 g pounded ginger
  • 2 red Chili
  • 2 tbsp Of soy bean paste (tau chew)
  • 2 tbsp Of sesame oil
  • 5 tbsp Of oil
  • 2 tbsp Of sugar
  • 100 ml water

Method for "Ginger Sauce":

  1. Heat up oil and sesame oil,stir fry the ginger,red Chili and soy bean paste till fragrant
  2. Add water and sugar and simmer for 2 minutes
  3. Off heat and let it cool then can refrigerate it
